Rise Of The Working Stiffs

Created as part of the Beyond Death Game Jam hosted by Coffee All Night Games.

The Mining station Argemo has been able to outperform other stations profits, by replacing most of its workers with the undead Working Stiffs. Using a mysterious alien fungus and an extremely powerful AI Overmind the stiffs are (almost) as good as regular workers.

The players arrive to verify the safety and profitability for use by other mining stations just as the secrets behind this wonder workforce begin to unravel.

About Me

Hi! I am a recent graduate from Falmouth University with a BA (Hons) degree in game development writing. I am currently working on my own personal project which so far can be summed up as a: Sci-Fi life sim set with a focus on player/NPC relationships and exploration.

This plays off of my love for space and sci-fi in general. It is the final frontier after all. That being said I also adore the fantasy genre, it's what got me into writing in the first place as I discovered an interest in tabletop role-playing games such as Dungeons and Dragons and the collaborative storytelling at play as I worked with my DM to craft my character's backstory. 

As for hobbies, aside from playing TTRPGs, I like going to the occasional concert or two with my most recent ones being Hozier and Bruce Springsteen. I enjoy all sorts of walks in the countryside from the Brecon Beacons to the Lake District with bonus points if there's a good pub lunch at the end of it!
